Over 40,000 Veterans Have Benefited From The Vets Prevail Program

Vets Prevail is proud to announce that since the National Launch at the end of 2011, over 40,000 Veterans have utilized our online program.

This program was created by Veterans who saw a need for anonymous and easy to access mental health resources in the Veteran community. Too many Vets were returning home from warzones or transitioning out of the military and feeling lost. These feelings have resulted in widespread struggles with mental health issues, but just over 25% of those in need of treatment actually end up receiving adequate care.

Between this and the widespread stigma against seeking help that pervades the Veteran community, it’s no surprise that many Vets slip through the cracks and are left to fend for themselves. Vets Prevail set out to change that with a revolutionary program, which offers:

  • Personalized, interactive lessons
  • Free and anonymous online programs
  • Certified Veteran Peer Specialists standing by to chat
  • Thousands of other Veterans in the Community ready to help
  • Earn up to $75 in Amazon.com gift cards for making it through the program
  • Clinically Proven to be beneficial.

Now that we’ve hit 40,000 Veterans, we are ready to redouble our efforts and hope to bring that number up to 75,000 by the end of next year. To do that though, we need your help. If you or any Veterans who know could benefit from this program, please don’t hesitate to send them a link to this blog. Even if you’re not sure that you need it, just trying out the program and giving us your feedback will help improve it for all of our fellow Veterans who could use the help. With your help, we can make sure that no more Veterans fall through the cracks and miss out on the help they need.
